Lith prints from a day of traipsing through deep snow in Nabekura Kogen in Nagano (2012)
The same image as above but printed on Argentone Polybrom and toned gold (turning it blue)
Nice work. Any technical information about the print that you can give?
Shot with Tri-X on an OM-1. (Can’t remember what I developed the film in.) This paper (the above is Argentone Polywarm glossy) when lith printed needs a hell of a lot of exposure. Up to 1,000 seconds at 2.8. Prints developed in Moersch Master Lith A+B 25:1000 concentration plus Solution D x 25 ml (1:4). Seriously agitated. This Argentone fibre paper is far from ideal for lith printing, but I like it a lot and Tokyo is one of the few places where it appears to be in ready supply. It’s supposed to be a replacement for Forte, although I still have a stock of Forte paper. I’ll put up some more recent prints soon. Thanks for the message.
Awesome pictures man
